Hi, I'm Jamie, a NYC based personal trainer specializing in making women's and men's glutes round and strong.Until May 2019, I was a real estate fund tax accountant in one of the Big 4 public accounting firms. Big transition! Yes... I wish I could share an inspirational story, but really it just hit me during my one-month vacation in Hawaii that I need to live doing what actually makes me happy and fulfilled.

This service is a good fit for someone who is self-driven and committed to do the assigned workouts on their own (either at home or at the gym) but still wants to receive form check and feedback. I review every workout completed by you, so you'll still be held accountable to consistently getting your workouts in. This program comes at a much lower price point compared to in-person training.
