Hi, I am a NYC based personal trainer specializing in making women's and men's glutes round and strong.
Until May 2019, I was a real estate fund tax accountant in one of the Big 4 public accounting firms. Big transition! Yes... I wish I could share an inspirational story, but really it just hit me during my one-month vacation in Hawaii that I need to live doing what actually makes me happy and fulfilled.
My specialty is developing round and strong glutes. Why glutes?
(1) Who doesn't want a nice rear?
(2) Glutes are the strongest and the biggest muscles on your body. They can most efficiently improve your metabolism and help you lose fat (if that aligns with your goal)
(3) Strong glutes improve posture and prevent injuries surrounding the joints in the knees, hips, and lower back
(4) Strong glutes advance your running, jumping, lifting, twisting, snowboarding, hiking, biking, getting out of a chair, picking up the trash, and dancing side to side. It is safe to say glutes are one of the most functional muscles to train for your body
As much as I am obsessed with training glutes, I appreciate the importance of training the whole body. Tailored to your specific goals, my program will develop the strength and size of the muscles in your entire body. As we train together your body composition will change (less fat more muscles) with appropriate diet. I can help you build sustainable eating habits over time.
