I prepare a program based on your specific goals (ex: aesthetic/strength/sports-specific), availability (ex: 1x/week vs 3x/week), and current level of strength.
I can travel to your residential building gym up to 15min commute for no extra charge. If longer, let’s discuss.
If you don't have access to a gym, we can train at a private boutique gym in Soho (598 Broadway), they'll charge you $30 fee per hour.

This service is a good fit for someone who is self-driven and committed to do the assigned workouts on their own (either at home or at the gym) but still wants to receive form check and feedback. I review every workout completed by you, so you'll still be held accountable to consistently getting your workouts in. This program comes at a much lower price point compared to in-person training.
INCLUDES:
(1) Initial discussion so I can learn your medical history, your goals, exercise history, current activity level, current diet, preference on types of workout, available equipments and space.
(2) Customized 4-6 week training program
(3) Exercise demo videos for every workout
(4) Access to a training app with your workout calendar and a place to upload your workout results and videos of you performing the exercises so I can provide form feedback. I review each and every workout.
(5) Regular Check-ins. I'm available for your questions at anytime.
